Please phone, fax or email in your request. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. You will receive an itemized spec sheet with the approximate date of completion in the mail to confirm your order. We accept VISA, personal checks or money orders.
Shipping
All knives are shipped fully insured via 2 day air carrier service for a flat fee of $20.00
Warranty
All knives are guaranteed against flaws in the workmanship. However, natural materials such as exotic hardwoods and ancient ivory are not due to their unpredicatable nature.
If you must return a knife for any reason, please contact me first for correct international shipping instructions. |
